Karate for Life
This class is geared towards adults who wish to maintain their ability to move well and/or who wish to regain flexibility, agility, and strength in order to continue enjoying physical activities with friends and loved ones, and for the overall health benefits that movements from karate can provide. The class will still incorporate many elements found in karate but will not include contact or sparring and the class pace will be slowed down to help everyone gain confidence and sufficient understanding of techniques.

Karate for life is centered around movement for the 55 and over community. Come check it out!
